ABOUT ME

Brett Haug

Being in the Health and fitness world for 15 years has lead me to an approach that changes lives rather than focusing on short term markers.

 

Fitness programs based on scientific research along with field experience provide the groundwork for personalized routines that provide results.

Elite athlete or new to fitness, success is derived from improving motor function and addressing biomechanical deficiencies.  My passion is elevating human capabilities to levels individuals never thought imaginable.

Programs

A series of classes that focuses on a particular goal. For example, fitness through rowing or HYROX prep

Class Packs

Buy a package of 10 or 20 classes, taken, over 8 weeks. Select individual classes to suit your schedule, fitness goals, and what you find fun!

I have worked with Brett Haug for over ten years. He has helped me lose and maintain weight loss while teaching me how to build strength, stamina and confidence. He has assisted with preparation for and recovery from surgery. I used personal training and small group training with Brett for many years and made the transition to his virtual training and app based training when I moved out of state.
