Being in the Health and fitness world for 15 years has lead me to an approach that changes lives rather than focusing on short term fixes.
Fitness programs based on scientific research along with field experience provide the groundwork for personalized routines that provide results.
Elite athlete or new to fitness, success is derived from improving motor function and addressing biomechanical deficiencies. My passion is elevating human capabilities to levels individuals never thought imaginable.

I have worked with Brett Haug for over ten years. He has helped me lose and maintain weight loss while teaching me how to build strength, stamina and confidence.
